The Wilberforce Masonic Lodge , along with all other Lodges , are substantial supporters of local and national charities and community organisations. Usually this takes the form of covering the cost of a specific project or item of equipment.

Freemasonry in England is second only to the National Lottery in the variety of its charitable and Commuinity donations.

Charity Steward

Bro. Peter Nesbitt.

Whilst we are all aware that Charity is the virtue that is intrinsic to all good Masons, it cannot be denied that having a good Charity Steward is key to the success of many of our charitable ventures. Brother Peter Nesbitt is a man who is passionate about his role in the lodge and his enthusiasm for the job can be clearly heard in any of his Charity reports. I could think of no-one better to take on the work and long may he continue in this most essential position.
